The challenge

Despite its powerful features, the original Nexus interface faced usability challenges that hindered user experience and engagement. The primary challenge was to overhaul the design to make it more intuitive and visually appealing. Without compromising on the platform’s extensive functionalities, this design requires a delicate balance between simplicity and complexity, ensuring ease of use for diverse publishing needs.

The approach

To tackle this challenge, we embarked on a user-centered design process, prioritizing feedback from real users to guide the revamp. Our approach included iterative prototyping. This approach allows us to refine ideas and ensure that each design decision enhances the user experience. Key initiatives included simplifying navigation, streamlining content management workflows, and introducing a more modern, clean aesthetic to the interface.
