At StackVes, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service and ensure client satisfaction. However, under certain circumstances, a refund may be applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following condition:

  • If StackVes determines that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen or internal limitations.

Please note:

  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our internal team.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a project or service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted unless agreed upon mutually due to valid reasons that hinder service delivery.
